Кабінет Міністрів дозволив державному авіабудівельному концерну «Антонов» бути учасником господарчих товариств.
Про це сказано в постанові Кабміну №965 від 25 жовтня.
Цим документом уряд вніс зміни в пункт 7 статуту ДАК «Антонов».
Концерну дозволяється входити в господарчі товариства за окремим рішенням Кабміну за умови погодження Міністерством промислової політики й Фондом державного майна установчих документів таких товариств.
Як повідомлялось, 26 жовтня концерн «Антонов» має намір створити на паритетній основі спільне підприємство з «Об'єднаною авіабудівельною корпорацією» (ОАК, Росія) для співробітництва в сфері маркетингу, закупівлі комплектуючих, виробництва авіаційної техніки, її продажу й обслуговуванні.
До складу державного авіаконцерну «Антонов» входять ДП «Антонов» разом із Харківським державним авіаційним виробничим підприємством й авіаремонтним заводом №410 (Київ).
Cabinet Allows Antonov Concern To Enter Economic Entities
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has allowed the Antonov state-owned aircraft-building concern to participate in economic entities.
Ukrainian News learned this from governmental resolution No.965 dated October 25.
The governmental resolution introduces amendments to paragraph 7 of the charter of the Antonov state-owned aircraft-building concern.
The Antonov state-owned aircraft-building concern is allowed to enter economic entities on special decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers after the Industrial Policy Ministry and the State Property Fund check the charter documents of the economic entities.
As Ukrainian News earlier reported, Antonov, , will found a joint venture with United Aircraft Corporation (UAC; Russia) on October 26. Antonov Concern and the United Aircraft Corporation are establishing the joint venture on parity basis to procure materials and components for sales and after-sale service of An planes.
The United Aircraft Corporation open joint-stock company was founded in 2006. It unites Russia's biggest aircraft-building enterprises.
The Antonov state enterprise, Kharkiv state aircraft production enterprise (KSAPE), and the Kyiv Aircraft Repair Factory 410 (Kyiv) are part of the Antonov state aircraft construction concern.
